Clinical Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive evaluation and management of complex pain patients
  • Broad range of fluoroscopic pain procedures
  • Spinal injections
  • Radiofrequency ablations
  • Peripheral and spine stimulator trials
  • Ultrasound-guided procedures
  • Intrathecal pump management
  • Advanced interventional pain procedures
  • Opportunity to incorporate emerging procedures and techniques
  • Participation in both outpatient and inpatient pain services
  • Collaboration with APPs, nursing and multidisciplinary care teams

Teaching & Academic Opportunities

Candidate Qualifications

  • MD or DO
  • ACGME-accredited fellowship training in Pain Medicine
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in base specialty
  • Proficiency in a broad range of interventional pain procedures
  • Strong interest in multidisciplinary management of complex pain patients
  • Willingness to teach and supervise trainees
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary care teams
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Innovative, adaptable and team-oriented approach to patient care
