Qualifications

  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in:

    • Pain Management
    • Anesthesiology
    • Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
    • Related specialty
  • Fellowship-trained in Interventional Pain Management

  • Experience performing image-guided pain procedures

  • Eligible for Ohio medical licensure and DEA registration
