Required Qualifications

  • MD/DO from an accredited medical school
  • Cardiology fellowship-trained
  • American Board Eligible or Board Certified and have completed an ACGMEaccredited Pain Medicine fellowship following PM&R residency training
  • Ability to obtain unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
  • DEA certification
